Description:
The North Dakota Dept of Water Resources and USDA Natural Resources Conservation
Service (NRCS) in North Dakota, Bismarck, have been acquiring detailed
surface elevation data for use in conservation planning, design, research, delivery,
floodplain mapping, and hydrologic modeling utilizing LiDAR technology. The project
area consists of high accuracy classified bare-earth LiDAR data in LAS format as well
as a combination of raster digital elevation models.
